At TIRELLI, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your garment isn't quite right, you can return full-priced items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Carefully pack your items in their original condition, ensuring all TIRELLI tags are attached and the garment is unworn and unwashed.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or address the package to our warehouse, then drop it off at your nearest authorized postal service point.

  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
